NVFD does NOT accept emergency calls, incident reports, or time-sensitive notifications through our website, contact forms, email, social media pages, or SMS/text messaging.

Messages sent through any NVFD online or mobile communication channel may not be monitored in real time.

Any emergency message sent via SMS, email, or online form will not be treated as a request for service.
