Brief info
Born and raised around and in the fire department, Seth has been involved in the Newell VFD for several years. Seth volunteered his time starting in 2009 assisting in technology operations, helping in the administration, and joined as an official member in 2019. Starting as a probationary firefighter, Seth made his way into Senior Membership, held the role of Corporate Secretary, and is now 2nd Lieutenant and a Trustee on the Board of Directors. Seth has Firefighter 1, Firefighter 2, HazMat, Officer 1 & 2, EVOC, CPR / First Aid (and is an instructor), as well as holds a certification in Volunteer Fire Department Management.
